Skywave is a player for publicly available internet-radio streams. It helps you find and listen to radio stations. Skywave does not host, broadcast, or own the audio content of any station.
All stations, programming, and audio are the property of their respective broadcasters and are delivered from the broadcasters' own servers. Skywave links to publicly accessible streams. If you are a broadcaster and want a station added, changed, or removed, contact us at the address below.
Radio streams are provided by third parties and may change or go offline at any time, outside Skywave's control. Skywave is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that any station or the service will be available or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skywave is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, or for the content, conduct, or availability of third-party stations.
We may update these terms; the updated date above will change accordingly.
